Store owner replied: Hi John, We’re glad you love the design and artwork, but we do need to distinguish fit preference from product quality. The hoodie dimensions are provided on the individual product size chart so customers can compare the actual garment measurements with clothing they already own before selecting a size. Size labels alone cannot account for differences in height, torso length, build, or preferred fit. A hoodie fitting shorter than you personally prefer does not mean it is “poor quality” or that there is something wrong with the garment. If the hoodie you received does not match the published measurements for the size ordered, that would of course be a different matter and something we would investigate. We appreciate the positive comments about the artwork, but changing manufacturers would not solve the basic reality that different garments and different body proportions fit differently.
