Very good quality and design, fantastic communication after a small delivery issue which got resolved quickly
I was so excited about this patch as soon as I saw it! We've had some issues with our mail recently so when it didn't get here when the tracking said it did, I was a little worried. The customer service got back with me promptly, even with the 24hr time difference. The patch turned up the next day so all was well but I so appreciate the PTPP team for being understanding and willing to help me out.
