Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 3.0 / 5 from 2 reviews.

They delivered a product I hadn't ordered, and the pre-order took longer than expected; all they say is "we're sorry." I want the product I actually ordered—I didn't wait over seven months for nothing.

Store owner replied: We did make a fulfilment error and accidentally sent you the shortsleeve version instead of the longsleeve you ordered. We acknowledged that mistake and offered to rectify it. We are human beings and, despite taking great care with every order, occasional packing mistakes can happen. What matters is how they are handled when they do. The statement that all we said was “we’re sorry” is therefore not accurate. We apologized and offered a resolution. We understand that waiting for a preorder and then receiving the wrong item was frustrating, but a genuine fulfilment mistake followed by an offer to correct it is very different from simply leaving a customer without a solution.
