If the logo is genuinely mis-centred and the bill is genuinely manufactured unevenly, please send us clear photographs of both hats showing the defects you are describing. We are perfectly willing to assess a legitimate manufacturing issue and rectify it where appropriate. What we are not going to do is simply accept “both hats are garbage” as established fact without any evidence whatsoever. Please provide photos showing the front of each hat square-on, the logo placement, and the bill from above so that the alleged defects can actually be assessed.
